The online course "How to Communicate Effectively with Patients" was developed by practicing oncologists Rostislav Pavlov and Maxim Kotov.

The creators' efforts were aimed at systematizing international, personal and colleagues' experiences. It was necessary to remove everything superfluous and add illustrative examples of the doctor's interaction with patients in real medical practice.

The course will teach basic techniques that will help in communication with patients: find out the true problem of the patient, collect accurate and complete information, explain medical terms in simple words, communicate bad news, and build a long-term and trusting relationship with the patient.
